The Company is seeking for an experienced candidate to join as
Legal & Lawyer Staff (workplace around Jatuchak, Bangkok)
Position: Legal & Lawyer Staff
Location: Jatuchak, Bangkok
Business: Energy
Working hour: Monday – Friday, 8.30 AM – 17.30 PM
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle Legal, Lawyer, Compliance tasks.
- Providing draft, review legal documents, legal contracts.
- Analyse, advise and negotiate legal contracts and legal issues, including with local, cross border transactions and corporate documents.
- Provide legal opinion, advice and propose legal solutions.
- Manage legal risks through drafting, commenting, opinion and advice.
- Handle defending or prosecuting lawsuits and legal claims.
- Support corporate tasks in shareholders’ meeting.
- Study and prepare legal research report.
- Other tasks assigned by Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- This position, total salary range around 30,000 – 45,000 THB
- Experience around 1-3 years in Legal, Lawyers, Compliance.
- Graduate in institution of education level, bachelor’s degree or higher in Laws.
- Having TOEIC score 700+ to ensure English skill will be advantage.
- Ability to communicate in English with foreign boss.
- Ability to use English in reviewing legal document and consulting.
- Able to use computer literacy in MS Office, Excel
- Able to travel to work around Jatuchak area, Bangkok
