Budget: Not Over 60,000THB
Working Hour: 8 : 00 - 17 : 00 (Monday - Friday)
Location: CP Tower 2, Fortune Town (MRT Rama 9)
Job Description:
Customer Service: Greet and engage customers, assess their needs, and offer personalized product recommendations. Provide expert advice on electronics and answer customer questions with confidence.
Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets by utilizing effective sales techniques and product knowledge. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest electronics trends, product features, and industry developments. Share knowledge with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
Customer Follow-Up: Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up communications and personalized service. Address any customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
Qualification
- Good English speaking
- 5 years old in Electronics as sales, QA, QC like a engineering
- Report to Japanese manager.
- Can entertain client sometimes.
