PR/115443 | Data Engineer Team Lead

We are looking for a seasoned Data Engineering Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and guide a team of data engineers to ensure the successful delivery of data projects, managing timelines, budgets, and resources.

• Serve as a Data Engineering expert, designing and implementing scalable data architectures for both on-premise and cloud environments.

• Develop and enhance end-to-end data pipelines, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

• Work closely with business, IT, and development teams to integrate data solutions into existing systems.

• Uphold data governance, security, and compliance standards, while promoting best practices in data engineering.

• Mentor and support team members, fostering their professional growth.

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements, propose solutions, and ensure project success.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in data engineering, with a preference for experience in enterprise-level architecture design.

• Demonstrated experience in managing data teams, with strong leadership capabilities.

• Proficiency in multiple cloud technologies.

• Strong skills in client engagement and proposal development.

• Fluency in Thai and English, with excellent communication skills.
