Job Title: Clinical Sales Manager

About Us:
The company is a leading medical device company in the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) space. As Clinical Sales Manager, you will lead a team to drive new business acquisition, cultivate strong customer relationships through exceptional service, and act as a vital link between sales, marketing, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or surpass sales targets, aligning with overarching business objectives
Deliver high-quality technical service for the company's assigned product lines, focusing on maximizing patient outcomes and reinforcing the value proposition to customers
Manage sales processes, including sales calls, meetings, and product demonstrations
Develop, coach, guide, and motivate direct reports to optimize their sales performance
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Biological Science, Engineering, Healthcare, or a related field
At least four (4) years of field sales experience in Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) or Electrophysiology (EP).
Proven success in working with EP or CRM cardiologists, providing clinical support in the cath lab
Experienced in leading a team, with demonstrated leadership abilities or potential
