工具や消耗品、作業用品などをオンラインプラットフォームを通じて提供し、国内外の顧客に向けたサプライチェーンソリューションを展開しています。インド国内に複数の倉庫を構え、在庫を自社で管理することで、高品質かつ迅速なサービスを実現。成長市場であるインドを舞台に、グローバルな視点で物流の最適化に取り組む、やりがいのあるポジションです。
【職務内容】
・商品の調達および在庫管理の計画・実行
・出荷プロセスの最適化と効率的な運営
・納期管理および関係部署との調整業務
・輸送ルートや物流コストの分析・改善提案
・サプライチェーン全体の課題解決およびプロセス改善
・インド各地への出張および現場での管理業務（状況に応じて）
【応募要件】
・ビジネスレベルの英語力
・理系バックグラウンド（特にIT関連）をお持ちの方、またはITに対して苦手意識のない方
・成長国インドにて中長期的に就業する意志がある方
・複数部署を巻き込んだプロジェクト推進経験（歓迎）
・製造業における生産管理経験（歓迎）
・大規模データの取り扱い経験（歓迎）
・BIツール（Google Data Studio、Looker等）によるデータ可視化経験（歓迎）
