マレーシアでは2024年に打ち出した「国家半導体戦略」の下、特にペナンを中心にグローバルサプライチェーンの中での存在感を着実に高めています。
【業務内容】
- 顧客に対してタイムリーかつ効果的な技術サポートを提供し、製品の性能や機能に関する問題を解決する。
- 機器やシステムの定期的なメンテナンス、診断、修理を実施し、最適な運用を確保する。
- 顧客向けのトレーニングセッションを実施し、当社製品の適切な使用方法とメンテナンスについて教育する。
- 報告書、ログ、問題と解決策の文書化など、サービス活動の正確な記録を維持する。
- 営業、技術、製品開発チームと密接に協力し、サービス提供と顧客満足度の向上に努める。
- 顧客との関係構築、現場視察、事業拡大のサポートなどのため、タイへの出張が多い。

- SMT、電気、電子、半導体の知見をお持ちの方
