【役割の概要】
企画チームに所属し、報告・ガバナンス活動のサポート、資料作成、主要部門や株主とのコミュニケーション、管理業務を担当します。

- ビジネスプランおよび戦略の策定・導入
- 年間計画の実行
- 売上KGI、KPI、KAIの設計・監視・分析
- 競合分析、顧客ニーズの特定
- 新製品・サービスの展開計画・サポート
- フロントラインチームとの課題特定・改善導入
- マーケティング部門との調整
- プレゼン資料の準備・報告
- パフォーマンス指標の管理・監視
- リソース配分の最適化支援
- セミナー・イベントの調整・設営

【応募要件】
- 金融業界での実務経験（3年以上、銀行経験歓迎）
- ビジネスレベルの日本語・英語力
- Excel、Power BIなどのデータ分析ツール使用経験
- ビジネスプランニング・推進・コンサルティング経験
- 高い分析力・問題解決力
- 優れたコミュニケーション・対人スキル
