【役割の概要】
企画チームに所属し、報告・ガバナンス活動のサポート、資料作成、主要部門や株主とのコミュニケーション、管理業務を担当します。

ビジネスプランおよび戦略の策定・導入
年間計画の実行
売上KGI、KPI、KAIの設計・監視・分析
競合分析、顧客ニーズの特定
新製品・サービスの展開計画・サポート
フロントラインチームとの課題特定・改善導入
マーケティング部門との調整
プレゼン資料の準備・報告
パフォーマンス指標の管理・監視
リソース配分の最適化支援
セミナー・イベントの調整・設営
アドホック業務対応
【応募要件】
金融業界での実務経験（3年以上、銀行経験歓迎）
ビジネスレベルの日本語・英語力
Excel、Power BIなどのデータ分析ツール使用経験
ビジネスプランニング・推進・コンサルティング経験
高い分析力・問題解決力
優れたコミュニケーション・対人スキル
プロジェクト管理経験
主体的に業務を推進できる方
問題を特定し、効果的な解決策を提案できる方
