Top construction general contractor well known worldwide with a track record as one of the world’s most highly regarded general contractors.

For their new Data Centre construction project, our client is looking to hire a Project Manager (M&E) based on site at Nilai, Negeri Sembilan 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the Senior Project Manager/Project Director in overseeing the mechanical and electrical (M&E) scope of work.

• Lead the M&E team in developing and implementing procedures and work instructions to ensure the successful execution of M&E tasks.

• Guide the M&E team in compiling and distributing the necessary technical expertise and knowledge for projects as required.

• Collaborate with the M&E quantity surveying (QS) team to assess cost implications arising from design modifications.

• Identify potential project risks and implement appropriate preventive measures.

• Prepare a draft site budget for M&E works associated with the project.

• Develop a draft projected cash flow for M&E activities within the project.

• Assess, approve, and oversee the registration and termination of M&E subcontractors and suppliers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Data Centre or Industrial project construction experience

• Minimum 2 years working experiences with Main Contractor or General Contractor as a M&E Manager or Assistant Manager 

• Mandarin proficiency preferred
