■ 募集職種：VP（リレーションシップ・マネージャー）■ 勤務地：アムステルダムまたはフランクフルト■ 職務概要
日本およびアジアからの在欧州の多国籍企業（MNC）を対象とした法人営業ポジションです。顧客との関係構築を通じて新規ビジネス機会を創出し、ヨーロッパにおける日本銀行部門の収益最大化に貢献していただきます。
■ 主な業務内容顧客ニーズに基づく提案営業（プロダクト販売・開発、トランザクションバンキング推進など）
チーム／部門の収益・営業進捗管理
信用リスク管理による資産品質の維持
金融機関でのリレーションシップ・マネージャー経験（3年以上）
商業銀行業務、法人ファイナンス、信用分析、経済・会計の知識
ビジネスレベルの英語および日本語力
学士号以上
顧客志向、スピード感、革新性
法令遵守、社内ルールの理解と実践
チームワークと商業的判断力
経験・能力に応じて競争力のある給与を提示いたします。
