Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
To manage production and quality departments, ensuring targets are met with optimal quality and cost efficiency.
To ensure full utilization of manufacturing resources and streamline operations as well as develop continuous improvement plans.
To maintain equipment, enforce safety measures, and implement 5S practices.
To manage raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to maintain production flow and storage efficiency.
To collaborate with cross departments including engineering, maintenance, purchasing, and operations teams to resolve bottlenecks and maintain smooth workflows.
To provide relevant training and development programs for subordinates as well as ensuring employee productivity.
To monitor production planning & scheduling based on operational demands.
To oversee quality system implementation as well as ensure products quality meets company standards and customers’ requirements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years of experience as Operation & Production Management in Manufacturing / Engineering sector, experience in Automotive Parts Manufacturing industry would be added advantage.
Strong Leadership and People Management Skills in Manufacturing setting.
