Job Description
勤務地: セントラルロンドン周辺
トランザクションバンキングおよびペイメント分野のクライアントプロジェクトに参加し、銀行関連知識や専門知識を活かしてプロジェクトの円滑な実行をサポート。
プロダクト開発、プロセスマネジメント、規制遵守の分野での支援またはリード。
業務施策策定支援、関係部折衝やリリースに向けた業務タスクのサポート。
UAT（ユーザー受け入れテスト）、事務手続他文書化、ステークホルダー調整（MTG運営含む）。
潜在的なリスクや見落としを特定し、プロジェクトの効率的な進行をサポート。
トランザクションバンキングまたはペイメント分野での2-3年の業務側経験、運用プロセス、または実装に関する知識。
日本語およびビジネス英語上級レベル（日本語・英語ともネイティブスピーカーとのミーティング運営および議事録作成、書面作成あり）。
チーム内で自律的に働き、ターゲットを絞ったサポートを提供し、割り当てられたタスクを徹底的に完了する能力。
優れたコミュニケーションスキルと、クライアントのニーズに適応する能力。
マーケット調査の実施経験や課題整理のペーパー作成および説明のスキル。
