主な責務- マンデートレター交渉、情報メモ作成、財務分析、資金提供者との交渉、デューデリジェンス管理、主要文書作成、資金調達管理。
- 顧客および関係者との関係管理。
- 社内利害関係者との関係管理。
- ファイナンシャル・アドバイザリー戦略の支援。
- 他チームと連携し、オファリングと顧客サービス強化。
- 格付けアドバイザリーのサポート。
- 事業開発。

- 海外チームとの調整。
- プレゼンテーション資料作成および提示。

- ストラクチャードファイナンスのアドバイザリー/プロダクト業務経験者優遇。
- プロジェクトファイナンスバンク、ブティック、DCMチームでの経験者優遇。
- ストラクチャード・ファイナンスの実務経験。
- EMEA全域のファイナンス・ドキュメンテーション経験。
- ストラクチャード・ファイナンス理解。
- 複雑な局面でのリード能力。
- 様々なファイナンス・ドキュメンテーションに精通。
- クレジット、リスク管理、市場、法的側面の知識。
- マルチプロダクト経験。
- プロジェクトファイナンスのモデリング理解。
- 財務モデル精査能力。
- 明確なコミュニケーションスキル。
- IT知識とスキル。
- 定量的／数値的スキル。
- 対人スキル。
- 学位レベルおよび/または関連業界の専門知識。
- 流暢な日本語と英語。
