Company Overview 

Our client is an established precision electronics components manufacturing company located at Pekan Nanas, Pontian, Johor. This is a newly generated position. 

Job Description

• Lead and manage the engineering department, setting clear goals and mentoring team members to build a high-performance team.

• Develop and execute engineering strategies aligned with business objectives, overseeing projects from concept to production.

• Drive innovation in manufacturing processes, evaluating and approving changes in methods, materials, and machinery.

• Provide technical direction for complex problem-solving across production and quality functions, implementing long-term corrective actions.

• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal quality systems, supporting audits and managing technical risks.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, and support teams to align technical goals with business needs.

• Act as the main engineering contact for customers and stakeholders, presenting updates and performance metrics to senior management.

   

   

   

  Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical & Electronic, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field and managerial position.

• Proficiency in quality and engineering tools.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese.

• Familiarity with ISO standards and certifications.
   

Benefits 

Basic + Allowance + 13-month salary + Bonus 2 times/year + medical coverage for dependent.
