**【主な業務内容】**
- 日系クライアントとの関係構築および管理
- お客様のビジネスで起こりうるリスクをカバーする保険商品の提案
- 契約手続きのサポート
- 保険金請求時のアドバイスおよび対応
- 市場動向の分析と新規ビジネスの開拓
**【求めるスキル・経験】**
- 日本語と英語の両方を流暢に話せる方
- 損害保険に関する知識と経験（ブローカー経験者歓迎）
- 日系クライアントへの対応経験がある方歓迎
- 優れたコミュニケーションスキルと交渉力
- お客様のニーズに応じた柔軟な対応力
- 高い自己管理能力と責任感
- チームワークを大切にできる方
