Job Description
Location to work: Kuala Lumpur
Present company products and services to customers
Develop and maintain existing & new clients through regular engagement
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to manage expectations and deliverables
Address client inquiries, resolve issues and provide updates on project status
Prepare proposals, quotations and contracts tailored to the automotive sectors
Oversee the sales and process and act as a customer advocate to assure customer satisfaction
Maintain effective communication with internal teams, customers and business partners
Requirements:
- A Diploma/ Degree in a field e.g: Automotive, Engineering, Business Administration) is preferred.
- Preferably at least 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within automotive, AM/ OES or related industry
- Willing to travel outstation for business visitation
- May require working on weekends if needed
- Fluent languages especially English, Bahasa and Chinese
