各部門と協力し、チームを率いて、産業オートメーションの未来を形作る高品質なソリューションを顧客に提供します。
【業務内容】
- セールスプランニング：会社の目標に沿った販売戦略を策定、実行し、収益拡大と市場拡大を推進する。
- ハイレベルな顧客との関係構築：既存顧客との強固な関係を構築・維持しながら、新たなビジネスチャンスを見出す。技術的な話し合いや問い合わせの主要な窓口として、顧客のニーズに的確に対応する。
- クロスファンクショナル・コラボレーション：エンジニアリングチームと密接に連携し、顧客の要求に合致ソリューションを提供する。技術要件を理解し、革新的なソリューションを開発する。
- チームマネジメント： セールスエンジニアへの指導、サポート、メンターシップを提供し、顧客エンゲージメントとセールスの成功を促進します。
- セールスパフォーマンスのモニタリング：販売指標を追跡し、改善レポートを作成する。
- 必要に応じて国内外の出張があります。
【応募要件】
- 学歴： エンジニアリングまたは関連分野の学士号
- 職種：8～10年の技術営業の経験（半導体製造業界、SolidWorks、AutoCAD、Draftsight、その他CADソフトの使用経験があれば望ましい）
- 言語： 日本語、英語
- チームを率いるリーダーシップとメンターシップ
