A world-renowned leading ICT innovations and solutions provider that empowers industries such as oil & gas and electric power across the globe mainly through integrations of Information Communications Technology (ICT) and the best industry practices. Currently operating in 100+ countries, our client is looking for an ICT Solutions Expert to join their team in Kuala Lumpur.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead as the ICT Solution Expert to deliver ICT solutions tailored for clients within (Electrical Power or Oil & Gas sectors)
- Provide Expertise and knowledge in ICT domains, including products & solutions such as  Network (Router/Switch/WIFI), IT (storage/server) and etc
- Examine market dynamics and customer characteristics to create strategic and efficient sales plans.
- Recognize and fulfil customer requirements by providing customized solutions for specific projects.
- Achieve and surpass sales objectives, promote continuous revenue growth, and propose innovative strategies to enhance account expansion and maximize revenue potential.
- Support industry marketing efforts by organizing and implementing key activities while building relationships with high-level customers to identify solution opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, impactful relationships with key customers, fostering long-term value and trust.
- Gathering customer feedback, market intel, and collaborating with partners to be able to continuously provide the best solutions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree of Engineering in Data Communication, Computer Networking, Telecommunication, Electrical & Electronic or equivalent.
-Minimum 5 years of working experience in providing ICT product solutions for clients in (Electrical Power or Oil & Gas) industry
- Existing customer relationships working on projects with Petronas or TNB will be advantages
- Mandarin Speaker
