Job Description
≪ポジション≫ 品質保証
日本本社の品質管理担当とマレーシア現地工場の生産管理及びR&D等の製造部門の橋渡し役として、不具合対応や対策手法の立案等に従事頂きます。
- 商品開発段階でのリスク予見と防止策の提案、目標品質の実現性の予見と具体策の提案
収納庫や事務机、椅子など、担当カテゴリー製品に関して、生産管理部と連携し進行
市場クレームに対して原因の分析と改善策の策定、実施
担当商品の評価技術を身につけながら、自社で前例のない商品に対して品質基準の設定や量産工程見直しを実施
≪応募資格≫
【必須条件】
■ローテクノロジー製品分野における品質保証の経験
■英語（ビジネスレベル以上）
【尚可・優遇条件】
■家具業界での品質保証経験
