Job Description
設計/R&Dマネージャー(家具製造)
オフィス家具メーカーである同社において、製品の開発、設計を通して日本とローカルの生産現場とコミュニケーションを取りながら生産プロジェクトを進めて頂きます。
【業務内容】
- 設計開発、2D・3D図面データ作成、製品立ち上げまでの工程管理、本社等との打ち合わせ
- 各種サプライヤーとの打ち合わせ、交渉、材料の原価計算
- 試験・テスト計画の立案、評価、対策
- 日本側が基本設計を担当しますので、AutoCad、Solidwork等を使用して量産に必要な実施設計に至るまでの設計
- 試作品、改良品、最終量産品の設計監理
- 部品表(BOM)マスタ作成、部品確認
- マニュアル指導、梱包等、最終生産までの各種生産関連業務との連携
- 本社との連絡、事前準備、その他業務を円滑に進めるために必要な手配のサポート
≪応募資格≫
【必須条件】
■設計経験（樹脂、板金、ファブリック等の幅広い知識が必要）
→家具の設計には複数の素材が使われれているため、幅広い知識が必要となります
■2D・3DCADの使用経験（Solid works)
→図面作成ができる中級程度のスキルは必須
■4年制大学卒業以上の方
→短大・専門学校卒業の方の場合、社会人経験7年以上
→高等学校卒業の方の場合、社会人経験10年以上の方
■英語（日常会話レベル以上）
→部下やマネジメントとのコミュニケーションに利用します、流暢でなくとも意思疎通が出来る方が望ましい
【尚可・優遇条件】
■ISO9001、14001、45001の経験
■家具やテーブルの設計経験
