概要
グローバル展開を行う大手日系企業の子会社にて、財務・会計部門を統括するCFO/コントローラー（Controller）ポジションを募集しています。CEO直下のポジションとして、財務戦略の立案から決算業務、監査対応、チームマネジメントまで幅広くご担当いただきます。経営層との連携を通じて、企業価値向上に貢献できるやりがいのあるポジションです。
職務内容
月次・四半期・年次決算業務（US GAAP／IFRS対応）
外部監査対応（US GAAPベースの監査）
財務報告書の作成と経営層・株主への報告
会計基準の調査・適用と社内への説明
キャッシュフロー管理、税務、給与・福利厚生の運用
予算・中期計画の策定、財務分析・経営支援
調達業務の管理とベンダー対応
会計チームの育成・評価・リソース管理
CEO・取締役会からの特別プロジェクトの推進
応募資格
会計・財務分野での実務経験（目安：15～20年）
米国公認会計士（CPA）資格保有者
US GAAPまたはIFRSに関する実務経験
外部監査対応の経験
会計基準の調査・適用・社内説明の実績
チームマネジメント経験
英語での業務遂行能力（読み書き・会話）
優遇される資格・スキル
MBA取得者
CIA（公認内部監査人）、CFE（公認不正検査士）、CISA（情報システム監査人）などの関連資格
IFRS認定プログラム修了者
SAPやACLなどの会計・監査ツールの使用経験
日本語での業務対応力（尚可）
