職務内容
エンジニアからのエスカレーションポイントとして、ユーザー向けのトラブルシューティングを提供
Microsoft Windows OS (Windows 10)、Microsoft Office、Eメール (Exchange/Outlook)、Microsoft Office 365、Adobe Acrobat 関連、及びデータベース (基本スキルで可) に関する知識
ヘルプデスクチケットを使用してユーザーをサポート及びフォローアップ
ユーザーマニュアルや手順書などの技術文書の維持及び作成
ユーザー向けのソフトウェアのインストール、設定、トラブルシューティングを行う
ユーザー向けのハードウェア (PC、プリンターなど) のセットアップ、インストール、設定を行う
新規の注文、製品の交換、及び技術サポートについて、ベンダーやメーカーと円滑なコミュニケーションを取る
クライアントサイトでのユーザートレーニングの計画及び実行
