経営陣との連携による人材戦略の立案・実行
社員の生産性向上と組織目標の達成支援
社員との信頼関係構築と相談対応
給与・福利厚生・休暇・評価・研修などの制度運用
法令遵守の確認と人事ポリシーの見直し
その他業務
ITチームや外部ベンダーとの連携によるシステム改善
採用戦略の策定と進捗管理
業界・市場動向の把握
M&Aや組織再編などの特別プロジェクトの推進
応募資格
人事管理または関連業務での5年以上の経験
優れたコミュニケーション能力と問題解決力
人事システムやHRISの使用経験
組織運営に関する深い理解と実務経験
優遇されるスキル・経験
関連資格・免許（SHRM、PHRなど）
小売業界やEC、マーケティングなどの業務理解
海外本社との報告・連携経験
