現在弊社のクライアント（デジタル変革（DX）に関するコンサルティングおよびエンジニアリングサービスを提供される企業）がDXコンサルタントをお探しです。DXコンサルタントとして、クライアント、社内コンサルタント、ソフトウェアエンジニアと連携し、ソフトウェアアプリケーションの設計・開発・保守を行っていただける方をお探しです。
職務内容
クライアントのビジネスモデル、業務、課題を分析し、最適なDX戦略を策定
既存のITシステムを評価し、ビジネス目標に沿った改善提案を実施
CRM、ERP、クラウド導入、自動化などのデジタルソリューションを設計・実装
AI、IoT、RPA、アナリティクスなどの先端技術を活用し、業務効率と顧客体験を向上
チェンジマネジメント（ステークホルダー対応、トレーニング、コミュニケーション計画）を推進
応募資格
英語および日本語でのビジネスレベルの言語能力
ビジネス、情報技術、コンピュータサイエンス、または関連分野の学士号または修士号
デジタルトランスフォーメーション、経営コンサルティング、またはIT戦略における5年以上の経験
デジタル技術および業務プロセス再設計に関する深い理解
優遇される資格
PMP、Prosci、TOGAF、Agile/Scrumなどの資格保有者は歓迎
勤務地 ニューヨーク市

給与 USD 90,000-150,000
