Senior Consultant - Japanese/English Bilingual
日系コンサルティングファームがシニアコンサルタントを募集しています。このポジションは、日米間のクロスボーダー取引におけるデータドリブンな戦略立案を支援するポジションであり、新設された米国部門の創設メンバーとして、キャリア成長、グローバル市場（APAC・インド含む）への関与、意思決定プロセスへの実践的な参加が可能です。
職務内容
市場調査、競合分析、規制調査（一次・二次調査含む）
クライアント向けプロジェクトのプロジェクトマネージャーとしての実行管理
ビジネスケースや戦略提案のプレゼンテーション
クライアント向け成果物（主にPowerPoint）の作成
日本、シンガポール、APAC地域の他チームとの連携
その他、プロジェクト遂行に必要な業務全般
対応分野：
市場調査、海外進出・事業開発、戦略立案
ビジネスデューデリジェンス、JV・業務提携支援
事業再生・リストラクチャリング、コーポレートガバナンス支援
応募要件
戦略コンサルティングファームで3年以上、または経営企画、市場調査などで5年以上の実務経験
米国在住者（3年以内のOPT保持者も可）
ビジネスレベルの日本語力（日本語能力試験N1以上）
論理的思考力と分析力を活かした課題解決力
会計・財務、マーケティングなどビジネス系の学歴があれば尚可
高いプロフェッショナリズムと責任感
未経験分野への学習意欲
PowerPointおよびExcelの高い操作スキル

Base $105,000-130,000
