Strategy Consulting, Associate - Japanese/English Bilingual
日系コンサルティングファームがアソシエイトを募集しています。このポジションでは、日米間を中心としたクロスボーダー取引に関する戦略立案を支援し、さまざまな業界の経営層と直接関わることができます。米国市場に新設された部門の立ち上げメンバーとして参画できるため、将来的なキャリアアップの可能性も広がっています。また、米国のみならず、アジア太平洋地域やインドなどの成長市場にも関与できる、グローバルな視点で活躍できる環境です。
職務内容
- クライアントの要望に基づいた市場調査、競合分析、規制調査の実施（一次・二次調査含む）
- クライアント向け報告書の作成（主にPowerPointを使用）
- 戦略提案やビジネスケースの構築とプレゼンテーション
- プロジェクト遂行に必要なその他の業務全般

- 市場調査、海外進出・事業開発、戦略立案
- ビジネスデューデリジェンス、JV・業務提携支援
- 事業再生・リストラクチャリング、コーポレートガバナンス支援
応募要件
コンサルティングまたは市場調査における実務経験（年数不問）
問題解決力と分析力に優れた方
米国在住者（3年以内のOPT保持者も可）
ビジネスレベルの日本語力（日本語能力試験N1以上）
論理的思考力を活かし、複雑な課題に対して解決策を提示できる能力
会計・財務、マーケティングなどビジネス分野での学術的バックグラウンドがあれば尚可
新しい分野への学習意欲とチャレンジ精神
PowerPointおよびExcelの高い操作スキル
