職務内容
アンダーライティング： 不動産投資案件の評価・精査を行い、投資判断をサポート
投資家対応： 日本人投資家との関係構築・維持、定期的な報告やミーティングの実施
共同投資サポート： 日本の投資家との共同投資案件の調整・支援
データ分析： 財務データや市場動向の分析を通じて、戦略的な提案を実施
応募資格
日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベル以上
分析力とコミュニケーション能力に優れる方
不動産投資や国際ビジネスに興味のある方
米国での就労資格を有する方（OPT歓迎）
勤務地 カリフォルニア州エルセグンド
