私たちのクライアントの大手金融機関がニューヨークで法人向け銀行業務を支援するクレジットアナリストを募集しています。
職務内容
借入企業の業績分析および将来予測に関する調査を実施（例：キャッシュフロー分析、リスク資本の計算）。
取引構築のための資料を収集し、KYC（顧客確認）対応のためにミドル・バックオフィスと連携、クレジット部門向けの事前審査メモの作成を補助。
ローンポートフォリオの四半期および年次レビューを実施し、内部格付け、月次・四半期報告、その他のアドホックプロジェクトなど、借入企業に関連するさまざまなシステムおよび手続き上の課題に対応。
契約修正、配当取引、ローンクローズおよび資金実行、その他借入企業に影響を与える可能性のある信用イベントへの対応を補助。
プレゼンテーション、提案書、RFP（提案依頼書）、タームシートなどのクライアント向け資料の作成を支援。
特定の業界、地域、ローンに関連する調査および分析を行い、現行の市場動向を把握。
経営陣向けのアドホックレポートを作成。
応募資格 / スキル
フォーマルなクレジットトレーニングを受けている方が望ましい。
法人銀行またはその他の金融機関での実務経験が1～2年以上ある方。
銀行業務に関する知識があり、銀行または金融機関でのインターン経験がある方が望ましい。
MS Excel、Word、PowerPointの高度なスキルが必須。
ファイナンス、ビジネス、会計分野の学士号、または同等の教育・訓練を受けている方が望ましい。
ビジネスレベルの日本語力が必須。
給与 USD65,000～USD100,000
