Job Description
日本の食品貿易会社にて、セールスアシスタントを募集しています。セールスアシスタントは、オフィス業務や事務作業（注文入力、電話対応、データ管理など）を通じて、メインストリームマーケットの営業チームをサポートします。また、マーケティングプログラムの支援や、会社間のプロモーションの調整も行います。このポジションはハイブリッド勤務です。
- 顧客サービスと注文管理: 優れた顧客サービスを提供し、販売注文および購入注文を処理し、問い合わせや苦情に対応。
- 事務作業: 書類のファイリング、請求書の印刷、支払い処理などのオフィス業務を管理。
- 在庫と商品情報: 在庫を確認し、欠品商品の代替品を提案し、顧客に商品情報を提供。
- 販売およびマーケティング支援: 販売データ管理、市場調査、競合他社の認識、マーケティング資料の作成を支援。
- 調整と報告: 販売チーム、倉庫、オフィスのスタッフと連携して注文を迅速に処理し、販売レポートを作成。
- 準学士号（AA）または同等の経験
- オフィス環境、営業サポート、またはビジネス経験での1～2年の経験
- 日本語/英語バイリンガル
- MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word）
- 一般的なオフィス業務の知識
組織内のあらゆるレベルの多様な従業員と協力し、コミュニケーションを取るための優れた対人スキル
基本給 USD45,000-62,400 (DOE)
勤務地 Santa Fe Springs, CA
勤務スタイル ハイブリッド（週3日オフィス勤務）
