こちらはオフィスでのハイブリッド勤務のポジションです。
職務内容
製品やサービスを顧客や見込み顧客に説明する技術プレゼンテーションを準備及び提供。
機器のデモンストレーションや試験設置を手配
特定の顧客要件に対する提案書の作成
機器の使用、操作、および保守に関して、クライアントや他のスタッフメンバーに技術的および非技術的なサポートとサービスを提供する。
コスト削減や生産性向上につながるサービスの改善を顧客に提案し、その変更がどのように効果をもたらすかを文書化する。
設置された機器の問題の診断
ITプロジェクトのプロジェクト計画を作成または更新する。

顧客および個人サービスを提供するための原則とプロセスに関する知識
プロセッサ、チップ、電子機器、コンピュータハードウェアおよびソフトウェア（アプリケーションおよびプログラミングを含む）に関する知識
