業務内容
• 財務会計分野の主要顧客に対する SAP ERP およびその他のシステム関連の要件分析、提案、設計、実装、運用の管理と実行。
• プロジェクト実行を監督し、クライアントのニーズと期待を満たすかそれを超えるプロジェクトが予定どおりに予算内で完了するようにします。
• ユーザーのニーズを満たすために SAP ERP システムを分析、作成、変更することでソフトウェア要件を解決します。
• SAP ERP およびその他のシステム構成またはプログラムを変更します。
• 必要に応じて指示を解釈し、トレーニング セッションを実施することで、プログラム設計と操作マニュアルのドキュメントを作成および維持します。
• プロジェクト メンバーを指導し、動機付けます。
• 販売、提案、ビジネス開発サポートなどのプロジェクト管理業務。
• クライアントの問い合わせと要件を分析し、財務会計の観点から SAP ERP システム構成を変更します。
• コンピューターサイエンスまたは関連分野の学士号。
• 効果的な英語コミュニケーション能力と対人スキル（書面と口頭の両方）。
• この役職には効果的な日本語スキルが役立ちます。
• 財務会計分野における SAP ERP の要件定義、開発、実装に関する分析スキル。
経験
• 最低 3 年間のユーザー サポート経験と、SAP ERP の実装経験 7 年間。
望ましい認定資格
• 財務会計の SAP 認定アプリケーション アソシエイト資格が望ましい。
• プロジェクト管理プロフェッショナル (PMP) 認定資格が望ましい。
給与
年収：90 - 130K per yr. + フルベネフィット
