職務内容
- シフトスーパーバイザーへのサポートとして、技術的なトラブルシューティングのリソースとして行動する
- スーパーバイザー不在時にはリーダーシップを代行
- 故障が発生した際には迅速に対応するため、保守スタッフと協力する
- 保守技術者のスキルと知識を向上させるためのメンターとしての役割を果たす
- 従業員のパフォーマンスに関する上司への建設的なフィードバックを提供
- 管理から割り当てられた繰り返しの問題を調査し、トラブルシューティング
- 繰り返しの問題をエンジニアリング部門に報告し、さらなる分析を行う
- フロアテクニシャンの間で作業指示プロトコルの遵守を確保
- 製造プロセスを監視し、信頼性の問題や繰り返しの問題を特定して対処
- フロアテクニシャンに在庫管理と予備部品管理の適切な方法についてトレーニングを行う
- 安全性、品質、生産性の向上を図る
- 効率的で効果的かつ費用対効果の高いメンテナンス部門の標準化に貢献
応募要件
- 機器のメンテナンス、修理、トラブルシューティングおよびクリティカルシンキングに精通したエンジニアリングテクニシャンとしての経験
- 2年間のIndustrial Maintenanceの学位または同等のJourneyman認証を有している方
- 産業保守の実務経験が4〜5年あることが望ましい
給与
- 1時間あたりUSD 36
