長期契約のお客様に対して、PC運用や周辺ITサービスの品質向上・安定提供を支えるポジションです。日英両言語を使いながら、SLA管理・レポート作成・在庫／請求管理など多岐にわたる運用支援を行います。

職務内容
- 顧客と合意したSLA/KPIの管理や改善に向けた関係者との連携
- CRMツール（例：ServiceNow）を活用した在庫・請求データの管理
- サービスレポートの作成と定例会議の実施、お客様満足度向上の支援
- 日英の資料翻訳および必要時の通訳対応
- スケジュール管理、会議準備、議事録作成などの運用支援業務全般
