Responsibilities:

• Manage 3PL performance and communications across internal and external stakeholders
• Develop and execute strategies for domestic and international transportation
• Lead logistics operations including customs, warehousing, and SOP implementation
• Optimise inventory accuracy and collaborate with procurement and sales on demand planning
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align logistics strategy with business goals
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers, carriers, and logistics partners ensuring compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in supply chain management, business administration, or a relevant domain
• More than 10 years of experience in supply chain (trade and fulfilment/distribution leadership role)
• Experience in account management within a B2B and DTC (B2C) setting
• Prior experience in SAP or Oracle is preferred
• Knowledge of supply chain processes (planning, procurement, fulfilment, and local customs and compliance legislation and practical application
• Understanding of warehouse operations
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Proficient in English; professional level Japanese
