Responsibilities:

• Liaise with customers and internal QA to resolve complaints and ensure quality standards
• Serve as a bridge between HQ QA and customers to implement QA processes and reporting
• Lead and guide sales teams on handling customer quality issues
• Collaborate with HQ to maintain compliance with standards like ISO and GMP
• Deliver training and technical support on new and existing products to customers and sales teams
• Support sales efforts by developing materials, introducing new products, and analysing market trends
• Recommend solutions and applications tailored to customer needs
• Conduct seminars, support marketing initiatives, and participate in exhibitions and site visits

Requirements:

• Proven experience in applications engineering and customer-specific solutions
• Strong teamwork and ability to work independently with customers
• Skilled in solving complex problems and managing multiple projects
• Strong computer proficiency
• Professional level Japanese and English
