・システムリスク管理
当行システムに対するリスク評価、外部委託管理、クラウド・ASP・EUC管理、システム部門所管規程類の改廃、各種監査への対応
・システム品質管理
システム開発工程における成果物評価、システムリリース後に発生した障害の原因・再発防止に向けた施策の企画
