インドネシア人海外人材（技能実習生・特定技能就労者）約50名に対する、
業務上必要な連絡事項等の通訳・翻訳と生活サポートを2〜3名のチームで対応します。
①翻訳・通訳
②連絡窓口業務
（海外人材・会社・関係各所との窓口、調整業務）
③住居・生活サポート：寮運営
（入退去準備、オリエンテーション、イベント企画）／
傷病・衛生管理（健康管理、病院対応）／生活指導/緊急対応
④業務サポート
１）事務作業：勤怠管理/法廷帳簿作成（勤務簿、日誌、賃金台帳）／
手続き補助（社内手続き、年調、社保関係）／各種文書作成
２）現場対応：教育研修（導入研修・指導補助）／面談・相談
従事すべき業務の変更の範囲：その他会社が指定する業務への変更あり

Required Skills
■ 必須の経験／能力
①インドネシア語：母国語～ビジネス中級以上
（インドネシア人の生活サポート、指導、相談対応、通訳・資料の翻訳ができるレベル）
②日本語：ビジネス中級以上
（日本語でメールや報告書などの文書作成、通訳・翻訳等ができるレベル）
③日本での生活・就業経験があり、生活上の手続きなど、基本的な流れを理解している方（日本での生活・就業経験は最低1年以上が望ましいですが、短い方はご相談下さい。）
④Word、Excelの基本的な使用が可能なこと
PCやスマートフォン、SNSアプリなどの使用に関する一定のITリテラシーがある方。

・現在就労ビザを保持している方
・技能実習生のサポート経験者、人材派遣会社、不動産会社で外国籍向けの
賃貸サービス経験者など
・企業の総務担当経験者
