Job Description
万博運営事務局内での通訳・翻訳・庶務のお仕事です。
8月から週3日・期間限定のお仕事ですので長期就業ができない方でもご検討頂けます。
海外パビリオンに通信ネットワークを提供する為、会期中の通信環境の不具合・トラブル・障害が発生した際の同行通訳や英語で問合せが来た場合の窓口対応をお願いいたします。
【業務内容】
①故障受付業務：通信ネットワークの故障・問い合わせの電話・メールでの受付対応
②故障修理対応時のサポート業務：海外パビリオン現地での切り分け・復旧作業時に協会職員もしくは委託会社に同行（逐次通訳）
③資料や情報発信時の翻訳
④局内の庶務業務（①～③優先）
