Job Description
・サプライヤーとの関係構築・交渉・統合・リスク管理・パフォーマンス評価
・社内の主要ステークホルダー（事業責任者、サービス部門、品質管理、法務など）との連携
・戦略立案や標準カタログ品の推進を含む調達価値の最大化
・法規制、品質マネジメントシステム、社内ポリシーの遵守
・継続的改善に向けたプロセス改革の提案・実行 ・市場調達リーダーと連携した国別調達戦略の実行
・生産性向上施策の推進（例：コスト削減設計、サプライヤー統合、交渉力強化）
・安定供給の確保による売上・顧客満足度の維持向上

Required Skills
・グローバルなマトリックス型組織における、直接材調達・サプライチェーン・プロジェクトマネジメントのいずれかの経験（5年以上）
・ITシステムインテグレーター、ソフトウェア機器（デバイス／システム）、関連サービス（設置・修理）に関する一般的な知識 ・規制・法令に関する基本的な理解
・日本語および英語での業務遂行能力（TOEIC750点以上が目安）
・ビジネスユニット、市場部門、品質・規制管理部門との連携を通じた高いビジネス感覚と包容力
・コンプライアンスを重視しながらも、顧客志向を持って業務に取り組める姿勢
