Job Description
経営陣や事業責任者と密に連携しながら、事業成長と法的安定性の両立を推進していくポジションです
各種契約書（業務委託契約・SaaS利用規約・NDA等）の作成・審査
新規事業におけるビジネススキームの法的整理・支援
知的財産の管理（商標出願、著作権対応等）
社内のコンプライアンス体制の構築・運用
グループ会社・プロダクト横断の法務ガバナンス構築
社内向け法務教育・啓発活動
弁護士対応（必要に応じて）
利用ツール：slack / Google Workspace / Notion マネーフォワード / ジョブカン / SmartHR
