Job Description
シニアKYCオフィサーは、法人顧客のKYC（顧客確認）プロセスにおける第一線のコントロール担当として、KYCファイルのレビュー、アドバイス、検証を行います。グローバルなKYC基準に基づき、正確性と一貫性を担保しながら、関係者との調整・承認プロセスを主導します。

職務内容
- KYC（顧客確認）書類のチェックと承認プロセスの管理
- コンプライアンス基準の遵守状況のモニタリング
- リスク評価の実施とリスク低減策の提案
- 関連部署との連携による情報共有とプロジェクト推進
- KYCプロセスの効率化と改善計画の立案
- 顧客データの正確性と完全性の維持
- 新規顧客および既存顧客のKYC審査
- 規制変更に対応したプロセスの更新
