Description

・QA組織マネジメント

・テスト戦略の策定

・継続的な品質改善のための欠陥データ収集、測定、分析、および対策の検討

・開発プロセス／テストプロセスの標準化

・QAマネージメント経験（３年以上）

・5名以上のメンバーで構成されるチームのマネジメント経験

・QCD(Quality Cost Delivery)を意識したテスト戦略策定から実施までの経験

・ISTQBもしくはJSTQB Foundation Level資格保有、あるいは同等の知識（ISTQB Advanced Levelあれば尚可）
