We are looking for passionate and detail-oriented Android Developer to join our client growing software development team. You will be part of collaborative R&D environment, building high performance applications for the Android platform across a range of smart devices, including Android TV.

Job Description:

• Design and develop Android applications using Java and Kotlin, tailored for consumer electronics.

• Collaborate with product, design and backend teams to define features and deliver seamless user experiences 

• Work with 3rd party and internal private APIs

• Lead work on bug fixing and improving application performance 

• Develop text framework for Android solutions 

• Report finding and conclusion of a SW related problem 

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Multimedia Technology, Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronics or any related field 

• 4-5 years of hands-on experience in software development, with a focus on Android applications

• Strong working knowledge of Java, experience with Kotlin is a plus 

• Solid understanding of Android SDK and common libraries/ tools used in Android app development 

• Able to work independently to develop features, investigate and resolve software defects 

• Strong communication skills and able to work effectively in a team environment especially in cross functional teams
