PR/159235 | Supply Chain Officer

Our client is an established European company that specializes in providing electronics manufacturing services for global OEMs. They are looking for Supply Chain Officer with experience in planning, customer services or program administration to be part of their team. 

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer demand data—including sales orders and forecasts—into the ERP system as required. Before running the EP generation, ensure all demand data is accurate and validated.
• Plan and schedule production quantities based on customer orders. Confirm orders only after verifying material availability with vendors.
• Perform routine supply chain operations, ensuring timely and accurate data entry into the ERP system.
• Initiate material liability claims in cases of order cancellations or deferments.
• Manage in-house production and subcontracting activities, including issuing production orders for material kitting.
• Update production planning reports, investigate delays, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate the flow of materials and components in line with the production plan. Monitor Clear-to-Build (CTB) status regularly.
• Arrange shipments according to customer requirements, update the shipment tracker, and collaborate with the Shipping Officer for invoice preparation.

Job Requirements

• At least a Diploma in Business or Materials Management, preferably with at least 2 years' related experience
• Good understanding of inventory management and total Supply Chain planning
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and ability to negotiate with all levels of people
• Working experience in the contract manufacturing environment preferred
