Job Description
Our client is world-leading technology manufacturer of Film, Laser Marking & Painting parts. We are now looking for potential candidate as following details;
Position: Mold Manager (Japanese Speaking)
Location: Amata City Chonburi
Salary: 50,000-70,000 THB
Responsibilities:
Strong to Management manpower in Mold Injection process.
Can use and adjust condition machine, Mold analysis, Mold Repair.
Set up and control KPI of department.
Develop skill of subordinate (OJT)
Control production activities as planned to meet target.
Improve quality, productivity & Safety at workplace
Cooperate and coordinate with related section to meet Corporate goals
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in related field.
Experience in people management in Mold injection manufacturing at least 5 years.
Document control, have a good problem solving skill, strong leadership and able to work with team.
