Job Description
社内で発生する様々な会議での同時通訳（日本語⇔英語）をお任せします。
社内の全部門からの通訳依頼に対応するためテーマは多岐にわたります。
【通訳】
・会議通訳
取締役会、役員会議、数理関連会議、資産運用、IR、商品開発、マーケティング・営業、危機管理、内部監査など
・通訳関連事務
依頼者とのやり取り、通訳者外注手配サポート、同時通訳機材のメンテナンス
【翻訳】
社内翻訳者が在籍しているので基本的には発生しませんが、繁忙期にはお手伝いをお願いすることがあります。
【その他】
・90%同時通訳。社内同通ブース、簡易同時通訳機を利用。
・逐次通訳はタウンホールミーティングなどで年に数回程度。
・会議はオンサイト、オンライン（Webex同通機能、teams）双方あり。
・オンサイトの会議がなく、出社が必要ない日は在宅勤務可。
・早朝7時または夜20時以降の会議あり。（夜の会議は2-3/月回程度。 朝夜は基本的にはご自宅からの対応となります。)
・年に数回、国内外の出張の可能性あり

Required Skills
・同時通訳経験5年以上（同時通訳スキル必須）
・生命保険業界での経験者歓迎
・通訳専門訓練経験の上級レベル(同時通訳課程)を修了している方歓迎
・急な対応も多いため、臨機応変に柔軟にご対応頂ける方
・国内・海外出張対応可能な方
・チームワークを大切に出来る方
・朝７時の会議、または20時以降の会議に対応可能な方
