Summary: We are seeking an experienced Cloud Engineering Manager to join our dynamic team. You will lead complex development projects and manage our global Infrastructure team. This role requires leadership in technical design, execution, and mentoring, ensuring high-quality infrastructure services are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of cloud engineers.
• Design, provision, and maintain cloud infrastructure primarily on GCP using Terraform, with support for AWS as needed.
• Manage and optimize Kubernetes environments, focusing on EKS and GKE.
• Identify and resolve infrastructure issues, providing structured solutions.
• Oversee and enforce security policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
• Conduct vulnerability scans, penetration testing, and regular security assessments.
• Align infrastructure strategies with business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continuously improve processes.

Required Skills/Experiences:

• Proven leadership in managing infrastructure teams and cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and/or GCP using Terraform.
• 1+ years of production experience with Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of DevSecOps and infrastructure security.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Business-level English proficiency (Japanese not required).

Desired Skills/Experiences:

• 3+ years of experience with GCP and/or AWS.
• Familiarity with GitHub Actions and CI/CD tools.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools and observability practices.
• Experience in security auditing and PCIDSS.
