[仕事内容]
・自動車開発プロジェクトにおける機能安全やSOTIF（意図しないシステム挙動の安全性）のリーディングを担当していただきます。
・安全分析手法を活用し、開発プロセスを支援します。
・機能安全の要件やコンセプト、アセスメントに関して、顧客とのコミュニケーションや交渉をリードします。
・社内外における機能安全やSOTIFに関する提案や課題解決を推進。グローバルなチーム（ドイツ、インド、ハンガリーなど）と連携して業務を進めていただきます。

・プロジェクト管理の知識やリーダー経験
・ISO 26262、ISO 21448、A SPICEに関する知識や実務経験
・FMEA、FTA、FMEDA、DRBFMなどの分析手法の経験
・顧客対応や交渉の経験
