海外販社を中心とした輸出業務窓口担当として、グローバル展開を支える重要な役割を担っていただきます。具体的には、海外販社からの受注対応、船積手配を含む輸出業務全般、物流コスト管理、工場との物量調整業務など幅広い業務をお任せします。受注から出荷までの全体を管理し、最適な輸送効率を検討、船社ブッキング、海外販社へのスケジュール連絡、着荷情報更新などを行います。また、生産変動への対応や海外販社からの新規案件における物流コスト算出など、状況に応じた柔軟な対応も求められます。将来的には、輸出業務における中心人物として、海外販社との関係構築、業務プロセス改善などにも積極的に関わっていただくことを期待しています。
・海外販社からの受注受付・生産依頼
・工場出荷スケジュールに基づく船舶ブッキング
・輸出書類作成・フォワーダーへの指示
・出荷日・船社スケジュールの調整
・新規案件の物流コスト算出
・海外販社との納期調整・情報共有

・輸出入業務の実務経験3年以上
・ビジネスレベルの英語力（TOEIC700点程度）

・PSI管理業務経験を有する方
・危険物の輸出業務経験を有する方（IATAディプロマ【危険物】資格尚可）
