Quality Gate Check を実施し、プロセス適合性の調査結果に対応する
プロジェクトチームのセットアップと維持のため、コミュニケーションとレポートをする
プロジェクトメンバー、サブプロジェクト、スペシャリストをリードする
リスクマネージメントを行う
プロジェクトのリソースを計画する
